If, during our confirmation call, you do not accept the final price prior to any work being undertaken, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit at that initial point of contact, and no further charges will be made. Deposit may be retained if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. Booking is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.

Access Requirements
The room must be clear of personal items and small furniture before the technician arrives. For safety and insurance reasons, we do not move heavy items such as beds, wardrobes, large sofas or electrical appliances.
Parking & Entry
Suitable parking must be available within a reasonable distance of the property. The customer is responsible for providing access at the agreed appointment time.
Service Limitations
We do not guarantee full removal of permanent stains such as paint, bleach, rust, heavy pet damage or long‑term discolouration. The technician will advise on realistic expectations before starting.
Drying Times
Drying times vary depending on carpet type, ventilation and temperature. Customers should allow 2–6 hours for standard drying.
Health & Safety
All cleaning solutions used are safe for children and pets when dry. Customers must keep pets and children away from equipment and wet areas during the service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel.
Payment Policy
Once payment has been made securely through our website, this will be treated as full acceptance of the service and authorisation for Lustria to carry out the booked work.
