Our 5 Rooms Deep Clean is ideal for homes that need a full refresh across three carpeted rooms. Using commercial‑grade equipment and a structured multi‑stage cleaning process, we remove deep‑down dirt, stains and odours to restore a cleaner, fresher and healthier living environment.
Each visit includes professional pre‑treatment, targeted stain work, hot water extraction and clear before/after photos so you can see the results. No hidden extras, just a reliable, high‑quality clean delivered with care and consistency.
Access Requirements
The room must be clear of personal items and small furniture before the technician arrives. For safety and insurance reasons, we do not move heavy items such as beds, wardrobes, large sofas or electrical appliances.
Parking & Entry
Suitable parking must be available within a reasonable distance of the property. The customer is responsible for providing access at the agreed appointment time.
Service Limitations
We do not guarantee full removal of permanent stains such as paint, bleach, rust, heavy pet damage or long‑term discolouration. The technician will advise on realistic expectations before starting.
Drying Times
Drying times vary depending on carpet type, ventilation and temperature. Customers should allow 2–6 hours for standard drying.
Health & Safety
All cleaning solutions used are safe for children and pets when dry. Customers must keep pets and children away from equipment and wet areas during the service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel.
Payment Policy
Once payment has been made securely through our website, this will be treated as full acceptance of the service and authorisation for Lustria to carry out the booked work.
Terms & Conditions
All services are delivered in accordance with Lustria’s full Terms & Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review them before booking.
Large Room Surcharge: Rooms larger than 20m², including open‑plan spaces, through‑lounges, double‑length rooms, or any room significantly exceeding the size of a standard UK room, may incur an additional fee due to increased labour, chemical usage and extraction time. This fee will always be confirmed with the customer before work begins.
